The Nebraska CattleWomen took part in
Nebraska’s Largest Classroom at the Nebraska State Fair.
NCW had an educational display in the Birthing Pavilion, which they
co-hosted with the Nebraska Pork Producers and A-FAN.
The Nebraska Beef Ambassadors also spent time in the Birthing Pavilion
helping educate
youth and adults alike about the beef industry in Nebraska.

The CattleWomen selected two finalist
recipes from the 2011
National Beef Cook-Off to prepare on the Showcase of Agriculture stage
in the Exhibit Building. They will gave a total of 15 cooking demos.
The recipes included Mongolian Beef
Sloppy Joes from the category Retro Recipes Revived and Steak,
Asparagus and Walnut Stir-Fry which was entered in the Stir Crazy
Solutions division. Get

The Nebraska CattleWomen believes in the importance of the livestock
industry to the world’s existence. The NCW are dedicated to
educating consumers as to beef’s wholesomeness and share the
stewardship legacy that is the foundation of American
agriculture. The NCW is committed to promoting beef as a
