Nebraska CattleWomen Officers Nebraska Beef Ambassadors  Cookbooks Calendar Contact Us                                        The Nebraska Beef Ambassador program is designed to help youth that are passionate about the beef industry share their message with fellow students and consumers. Beef Ambassadors were on hand at the 2011 Nebraska State Fair to pass out EAT BEEF wristbands and "I Love Beef" tattoos. They also shared important industry information and their personal experiences in beef production with over 2500 students that took part in Nebraska's Largest Classroom educational days during the fair.
